This year, on May 15th, 2024, a few local doctors will host a walking event in Vernon. This walk is a fun and simple way to get patients and community members moving, and to discuss the benefits of daily activity with them in an informal, social setting. We will be collaborating with two local Physiotherapists clinics, Vernon Active Health & Concept Physiotherapy to talk about the importance of stretching and to run a short stretch session prior to our walk.
