Health Canada identifies hazard on popular warm-up jackets

Health Canada has issued a warning about various kids’ warm-up jackets after a hazard was identified.

The jackets, distributed by Kobe Sportswear Inc. and made in China, feature drawstrings that can become caught in vehicles and cause children to be dragged.

About 56,284 of the jackets were sold in Canada between Jan. 2011 and Nov. 2019.
