It’s the start of a new year, which means a brand new list of content coming to Netflix Canada.
Since it’s the darkest and often the coldest month of the year, January is prime binge-watching season and Netflix Canada must know that.
There are some great shows, movies and specials coming to the streaming service in the first month of 2019, so hopefully your new year’s resolution isn’t to stop watching T.V.
On the first day of the month, you’ll be treated to some great older movies like Across the Universe, Black Hawk Down, My Best Friend’s Wedding and Bad boys.
Then, on Jan. 2, there’s nine movies being added courtesy of the Bring It On and Bourne franchises that are just begging for a marathon watching session.
Netflix will also introduce a pair of interesting documentaries mid-month, one on the infamous Fyre Festival and the other on Ted Bundy, one of the most intriguing serial killers of all time.
Beyond that, movies like Solo: A Star Wars Story and series like Friends from College, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and A Series of Unfortunate Events will keep you busy in front of the T.V. for a long time.
