Lamb of God, Mastodon bringing 2024 tour to the Okanagan this summer

A pair of the biggest heavy metal acts in the world will be coming to the Okanagan later this year.

Lamb of God and Mastodon have announced a co-headlining tour that will stop at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) in Penticton on Friday, Aug. 16.

The Ashes of Leviathan Tour will celebrate the 20th anniversary of a pair of seminal releases for each band.

Ashes of the Wake, Lamb of God’s best-selling album to date, and Leviathan, Mastodon’s acclaimed sophomore album, both came out on Aug. 31, 2004.

Both bands will play their respective albums in full on each stop of the Ashes of Leviathan Tour.

Kerry King and Malevolence will provide support to the co-headlining bands throughout the tour.

General ticket sales will open at 10 am on Friday, Feb. 9, through Valley First Tix.

However, serious fans of Lamb of God and Mastodon might be interested in special VIP ticket packages that are available starting today through this link.
