Best white wine, best rosé, best sparkling and best dessert wine.
Plus, double-gold medals in key categories from Pinot Gris, Riesling, Viognier and Gewurztraminer to Pinot Noir, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Bordeaux-style blends.
And, a whole whack of other medals -- 52 gold, 56 silver and 47 bronze.
Okanagan wines were boss at the 2026 All-Canadian Wine Championships.
Of the five most prestigious 'best of' trophies, Okanagan wines won four of them.
'Best white wine of the year' honours and a double-gold medal went to the 2025 Dry Rock Unoaked Chardonnay ($20) from Gehringer Brothers Winery in Oliver.
'Best rose of the year' was snagged by the unique 2025 Social ($23) pink by Intrigue Winery in Lake Country.
The same Social picked up a double-gold medal in the 'off-dry rosé' category.

I refer to it as unique because the pink is created with an innovative blend of Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris.
"For me, having our Riesling grapes as the backbone of the blend brings structure to the wine, but also elevates the delicate aromas of the Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer," said Intrigue owner and winemaker Roger Wong.
"It is extremely rewarding to be recognized as producing the best rosé. Of course, the true work starts in the vineyards with our dedicated growers and foreign workers manage our own fields. Once that fruit made it to the cellar, Noah, Arden and Garrett monitored the fermentation with patience and careful attention."
While lauded with the highest award for rosé, the 2025 Social Rosé is not stuffy or stuck-up, it is informal and fun, dishy and delicious.
The clear bottle shows off its beautiful hue of pink for all to see.
The multi-coloured, slightly raised graphic lettering on the bottle lists off all the things the wine pairs with -- summer, sunshine, beach, lipstick, pool, date night, hang outs, girls' night, BBQ, BFFs, patio, shade, popcorn and epic stories.
An epic bottle of wine, indeed.
Intrigue also won a gold medal for its other 2025 rosé made from a little-known varietal called Rotberger (a wine club exclusive).
And, in the 'white vitis vinifera blends' category, Intrigue was awarded gold another gold for its sweet Frosted Vines 2025 ($26), a late-harvest wine made of Kerner, Ehrenfelser and Riesling grapes after they've been nipped by frost.
'Best sparkling of the year' was bestowed on The One 2019 ($40) from Noble Ridge Winery in Oliver.
It also won double-gold.
The 'best dessert wine of the year' (and double-gold) was picked up by the 2022 Whistler Sauvignon Blanc icewine ($38 for a 200ml bottle) from Bench 1775 Winery on the Naramata Bench.
The only one of the five major 'best of the year' trophies an Okanagan wine didn't win was 'best red wine of the year', which went to the 2024 Creekside Gamay Noir ($25) from Diamond Estates in Jordan, Ontario.
