The City of Kamloops took to Twitter on Wednesday to ask residents to be mindful of how they place their garbage on collection day.
With the recent snowfall, the city is asking residents to place curbside containers in areas free of snow and ice.
According to the City, carts should also be spaced one metre apart from each other to make it more efficient and safe for the driver collecting the trash and recyclables.
