We’re just over four months away from Canada’s men’s national curling championship coming to Kelowna.
The 2025 Montana’s Brier will be held at Prospera Place from Feb. 28-March 9, making its long-anticipated return to British Columbia for the first time in 10 years.
Event packages have been on sale for some time, but single-draw tickets will finally become available this week as they go on sale at 10 am on Thursday.
“Curling fans are in for a treat this year, as single-draw tickets will allow them to witness some of the best teams in the world compete for the coveted Montana’s Brier title,” says a release from Curling Canada.
“Even better, the schedules are set for some of the event's biggest names, along with draw times for the yet-to-be-named team from British Columbia.”
Other pre-qualified teams already included on the schedule are Brad Jacobs’ Alberta rink, Mike McEwen’s Saskatchewan rink and Matt Dunstone’s Manitoba rink.
And, of course, defending champion Brad Gushue will lead Team Canada into the competition with a new player in Brendan Bottcher, as news just came out this morning of the rink’s newest addition.
