PHOTOS: The destruction of California’s Camp Fire captured

The Camp Fire currently burning in Northern California has left a path of destruction like never seen before in the state.

Officials have reported 48 confirmed deaths, however, that number is expected to grow with more than a hundred individuals still missing in the area.

As of Thursday morning, the fire was estimated at 135,000 acres and 35% contained, having already destroyed around 9,000 structures.

Joining the extensive number of officials and emergency crews near the fire's scorching flames have been some gutsy photographers risking the danger to capture the fire's devastation.
