The crew of Rescue 31 out early this morning assisting a stranded motorist at exit 11 on Highway 101. Most roads are impassible due to heavy snow/high winds. Unless you’re an essential worker, please stay off the roads and let @NS_PublicWorks plow crews do their jobs. #NSStorm pic.twitter.com/JGbSZ6JIZ4
