The Mystic Night market and fundraiser is hoping to collect winter coats for the Kelowna Gospel Mission or food items for the Central Okanagan Food Bank. Check it out from 5:30 pm until 10 pm on Saturday, Nov. 16 at Purnama Style Lounge, which is located at 505 Sutherland Ave.
This popular pub along Bernard Avenue is celebrating 20 years in business. On Saturday, Docs is celebrating 20 years in business in downtown Kelowna and will be inviting anyone and everyone to come by, have a drink and reminisce.
Quails’ Gate will be hosting the Sugar Plum Fair once again this Saturday and Sunday. Get ready for two days filled with holiday festivities! Activities will include an array of local vendors and crafters, holiday carollers, selfie opportunities with the Grinch and the Sugar Plum Fairy, children's craft centre and photos with Santa (book your time in advance!). And, since it’s the season to give back, the event will be raising funds for the Food Bank and Inn from the Cold. Please bring a donation of unwrapped gifts, non-perishable food or gently used clothes, coats and footwear!
Drag Queen Story Time is back this Saturday with the talented Miss Freida Whales. Join her at the Downtown Kelowna Library for songs, crafts, and stories from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Come dressed to impress! Costumes are encouraged!
The Rockets are holding a Wawanesa Toy Drive in Support of The Salvation Army Kelowna. They’ll face off against the Kamloops Blazers at Prospera Place on Saturday night. Bring a new and unwrapped toy and you'll have a chance to be at the CHL Memorial Cup 2020 Presented by Kia! Puck drops at 7:05 pm!
