A 31-year-old man police describe as a Vancouver-based social media influencer is facing six charges as part of a human trafficking investigation.
The charges against Tevin Douglas, secured by the BC Counter Human Trafficking Unit, were approved on Feb. 20 and announced by the RCMP today.
Douglas has been charged with trafficking in persons, procuring a person to provide sexual services, material benefit from trafficking, material benefit from sexual services, advertising sexual services and sexual assault.

The human trafficking probe began in May 2025 and the RCMP says the alleged offences occurred between July 1-Dec. 1, 2023.
“It is alleged that the victim was trafficked throughout the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, as well as the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario,” an RCMP release explains.
Douglas, who also releases rap music under the name NINETYFOUR, was arrested at his Vancouver residence and a search warrant was executed.
He was released from custody Feb. 24 under several conditions and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
“Human trafficking is rarely confined to a single victim or even a single province,” said Insp. Lyndsay O’Ruairc. “Investigators believe there are individuals with additional information who have not yet come forward.”
O’Ruairc added that “safety is always the priority” and each province has dedicated human trafficking investigators who understand the experiences of victims and can provide them with support.
