TD Benefits is not related to the Toronto-Dominion Bank, but the name should ring a bell as it is the initials of Kelowna's Mayor Tom Dyas, who founded the company years ago.
With Tom Dyas being elected in 2022, Lyndon Dyas took the reigns of TD Benefits after spending more than a decade working alongside his dad.
Lyndon Dyas and Csek started the video by discussing what are benefits and what service TD Benefits provides.
“Our responsibility is to go in, meet with these businesses and tailor a plan that suits their needs and their employees' needs,” said Dyas.
Dyas added that they work with businesses ranging in size from small shops wanting coverage for their family to larger companies looking to establish a benefits plan.
The duo then discussed the importance of benefits to employers as a way to retract, retain and reward staff.
