The final full day of action at Milano Cortina 2026 was a successful one for Canadian athletes.
Canada won three medals, one of each colour, including a successful finish to the competition for both the men’s and women’s curling teams.

Brad Jacobs’ rink won a thriller over Great Britain thanks to a three-spot in the ninth end and an impressive final rock by Jacobs in the 10th end to secure the gold medal.
Rachel Homan’s rink, meanwhile, secured their bronze medal earlier in the day with a victory over the United States.
The other medal won by Canada on Saturday was a silver by Ivanie Blondin in the long track speed skating women’s mass start.
